- Who you think caused hurt or harmed you?
- When they hurt or harmed you?
- What injury, damage or harm was suffered by you?
- Where did this happen?
- And how were you hurt?
This is the initial information I need to see if I can help you. Remember, I’d rather have too much information rather than too little information.
